Dr. Greiner

Dr. Ken Greiner

Owner, Lake Region Veterinary Clinic, LLC

Dr. Greiner graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota, and then moved to Elbow Lake, MN. Ken and his wife, Pamla have two children and one grandchild. Ken has over 35 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Kendra Greiner

Owner, Lake Region Small Animal Center

Dr. Kendra Greiner graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota. Kendra understands the importance of the human-animal bond, and strives to ensure the best possible quality of life for pets and their owners. Dr. Greiner and her husband, Wade Cole, have three dogs, Olive, Cooper, and Jack, and two cats, Mo and Titus.

Dr. Sletten

Dr. Alan Sletten

Associate Veterinarian, Lake Region Veterinary Center

Dr. Alan Sletten started his professional career as a high school teacher after graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College. After teaching for several years in New Prague, MN, Al decided to further his education. He graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota in 1988. Al joined the LRVC team in 1989 and specializes in large animals. Dr. Sletten and his wife, Nancy, have two children, Andrew and Anna.

Dr. Rachel Hedlin

Associate Veterinarian, Lake Region Small Animal Center

Dr. Rachel Hedlin grew up on a dairy farm near Farwell and graduated from the West Central Area High School. From there she attended the University of MN, Morris and went on to the U of MN veterinary school. After graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Rachel joined the army and spent 3 years treating animals at army bases around the world, and caring for the army's working dogs in the field. In her free time, Dr. Rachel enjoys running, gardening, and watching basketball.

Dr. Tom Prieve

Holistic Veterinarian

Dr. Prieve graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Minnesota. He completed his residency program in Diagnostic Pathology at South Dakota State University. Tom has 25 plus years of experience in veterinary medicine and is trained in equine chiropractic therapy, extracorporeal shockwave therapy and acupuncture therapy.
